About the Role
We are seeking a
Senior Data Engineer
to design and build the next generation of our data infrastructure. This role combines
data pipeline engineering
with
analytics enablement
, helping the company transform raw data into trusted, actionable insights.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership to ensure our data is reliable, accessible, and structured for impact.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain
scalable data pipelines
to ingest and process data from multiple sources.
Develop and optimize
data models
to support business intelligence and reporting.
Partner with internal teams to define and deliver
metrics and KPIs
that support decision-making.
Ensure
data quality, governance, and security
across systems.
Evaluate and implement
modern data tools and practices
to enhance scalability and performance.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in
data engineering or related fields
.
Strong expertise in
SQL and data modeling
.
Hands-on experience with
ETL/ELT tools
(dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Stitch, or similar).
Experience with
cloud data warehouses
(Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, etc.).
Familiarity with
BI/visualization tools
(Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate raw data into business value.
Bonus Points
Experience in
hospitality or SaaS industries
.
Proficiency in
Python, Spark, or other data processing frameworks
.
Exposure to
machine learning or predictive analytics
.
