About this role

These results are achieved by:   Define and implement enterprise data architecture, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Lead the design and development of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems. Architect data migration strategies for large‑scale programs, including planning, mapping, validation, and execution. Design and oversee ETL/ELT frameworks for complex data transformation and integration workflows. Develop strategies to handle large data volumes, including partitioning, indexing, optimization, and performance tuning. Establish governance processes for metadata management and reference data management. Define and enforce data integration patterns, including batch, real-time, event‑driven, and API-based data flows. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and application teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions. Ensure compliance with organizational data standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements. Provide technical oversight during solution design, development, and deployment. All other duties as assigned. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.   7+ years of hands-on experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data management. Strong expertise in: Salesforce Expirence  Master Data Management (MDM) principles and tools Data Migration frameworks and end to end migration lifecycle ETL/ELT architectures and tools Large data volume handling, performance optimization, and scalability strategies Metadata and Reference Data Management Data Integration patterns such as batch, streaming, microservices-based integration Strong understanding of relational, NoSQL, and cloud-native data platforms. Excellent skills in data modeling (3NF, dimensional modelling, canonical modeling). Ability to communicate architecture decisions clearly to technical and non technical audiences.
