Work you'll do
As a Services Support Associate II, Data Preparation and Reporting on the Global Data Management team, you will be responsible for supporting data preparation, validation, and reporting activities that help improve the accuracy and usability of enterprise data.
Prepare, organize, and update data sets for reporting, analysis, and operational use.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to identify and resolve data issues.
Generate recurring and ad hoc reports using established templates, processes, and reporting tools.
Track, document, and maintain records of data updates, exceptions, and issue resolution activities.
Coordinate with business, project, and technology stakeholders to support data onboarding and reporting requests.
The team
Global Data Management supports strategic data onboarding and data quality efforts across core enterprise platforms. The team works closely with business, technology, and project stakeholders to validate data, resolve quality issues, and help improve the accuracy, consistency, and usability of data used across the organization.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
1+ years of experience in data preparation, data validation, reporting, or data operations
Experience using Microsoft Excel for data review, analysis, and reporting
Experience maintaining data records, trackers, or reporting documentation
Experience identifying and resolving data quality issues through validation or reconciliation activities
Preferred:
Experience using reporting or visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
Experience working with structured data files such as Microsoft Excel or comma-separated values files
Experience using SQL for data extraction, validation, or reporting
Experience supporting data onboarding, data governance, or master data activities
Experience working in a shared services, operations, or support environment
