Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in extracting insights from data, building dashboards, and enabling data-driven decision-making for business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to support business strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business stakeholders, to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
Implement A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis to drive business improvements.
Present insights and findings to business teams in a clear and actionable manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey insights effectively.
Nice to Have:
Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
Understanding of machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.
Knowledge of big data tools such as Spark, Databricks, or Hadoop.
Exposure to automation tools and scripting for data workflows.
