Role Overview:
We are building a data-driven digital ecosystem for Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises enabling access to compliance, credit, schemes, and market opportunities through one connected platform.
We are looking for a Data & Insights Analyst who can work with raw, unstructured, and evolving data and turn it into meaningful insights.
This role requires someone who does not wait for clean inputs or clearly defined problems, but can independently work across data sources, structure information, and derive insights that drive decisions.
You will work closely with product, growth, and leadership teams to help build a data-driven platforms, especially in areas like user behaviour, lending, and ecosystem insights.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with Diverse & Raw Data
Handle data from multiple sources such as:
Application databases
Financial and GST datasets, partner and lender data
User behaviour and marketing data
Clean, structure, and prepare data for analysis
Build processes to improve data consistency and usability
2. Data Processing & Analysis
Analyse datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
Be comfortable working across tools and approaches based on the problem
Translate raw data into structured outputs that can be used by teams
3. Insight Generation (Beyond Reporting)
Analyse user journeys and business funnels
Identify drop-offs, inefficiencies, and opportunities
Provide clear, actionable insights to product and growth teams
4. Data Management & Documentation
Maintain clear documentation of:
Data sources, transformations and assumptions
Definitions of key metrics
Ensure data used across teams is reliable and well understood
5. Support Decision-Making & Experiments
Work with teams to evaluate impact of features, campaigns, and initiatives
Support decision-making with data-backed inputs
Bring a questioning mindset to all analysis

We are not looking for expertise in specific tools — the ability to adapt and solve problems using the right approach is more important
Experience & Background
2 - 4 years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or similar roles
Background in fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy environments is a plus
Strong academic or problem-solving background is valued
Candidates who can demonstrate past work (projects, analyses, or case studies) will be preferred
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with strong analytical exposure (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, or similar)
Strong problem-solving ability and hands-on data experience are more important than specific degrees
