We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Navi Mumbai, India. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across various business areas.
Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools
Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends and patterns in complex datasets
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
Develop and implement data quality controls to ensure accuracy and reliability of analyses
Create and maintain documentation of data processes and methodologies
Assist in the development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms
Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
2-5 years of experience in data analysis or related field
Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with advanced Excel functions
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proven track record of cleaning, preprocessing, and analyzing large datasets
Understanding of business intelligence and data warehousing concepts
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to diverse audiences
Experience with machine learning algorithms is preferred
Familiarity with industry-specific data trends and metrics is a plus
Data analysis certifications (e.g., Google Data Analytics, IBM Data Analyst) are desirable
