Key Responsibilities:
● Analyze learner data to identify engagement trends and churn risks.
● Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics (NPS, usage, engagement).
● Work closely with the Customer Success Team to generate actionable insights.
● Develop automated reports to support timely decision-making.
● Perform A/B tests on engagement strategies and assess outcomes.
Skills Required:
● Proficient in Python, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI).
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or a customer-facing role is a plus.
● Ability to translate data into actionable business insight.
