Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service)
Configure and customize entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and dashboards
Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom integrations
Perform data migration, data mapping, and data validation activities
Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems using APIs, Power Platform, and Azure services
Provide functional and technical support during implementation and post-go-live
Prepare functional design documents (FDD), technical design documents (TDD), and solution architecture
Conduct system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities
Train end users and provide documentation and knowledge transfer
Ensure best practices, security roles, compliance, and performance optimization
Collaborate with developers, architects, project managers, and business teams

Qualification:
BE./B.Tech/BCS/BCA/BSc.IT or Master’s Degree in Computers/Information Technology discipline
Certification:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications
