About the Role We are looking for a D2C Growth Lead who will own and scale revenue from the company’s website by optimizing the entire digital customer journey — from traffic acquisition to conversion and repeat purchases. This role will be responsible for driving website growth through performance marketing alignment, conversion optimization, product storytelling, and data-led experimentation. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with strong customer intuition and has a deep understanding of how D2C brands convert traffic into revenue. Responsibilities 1. Website Revenue & Growth Ownership Own and drive revenue growth from the website through continuous optimization of the digital sales funnel. Define and track key metrics including conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, and repeat purchase rate. Build monthly and quarterly growth plans aligned with business revenue targets. 2. Customer Journey & Conversion Optimization Own the end-to-end customer journey on the website, ensuring a seamless and high-conversion experience. Identify friction points across product discovery, add-to-cart, checkout, and payment flows. Lead A/B testing and experimentation across landing pages, PDPs, messaging, and checkout experience to improve conversion rates. 3. Performance Marketing Alignment Work closely with the performance marketing team and external agencies to ensure high-quality traffic acquisition. Align marketing campaigns with product priorities, seasonal launches, and growth objectives. Monitor funnel metrics and continuously improve traffic quality and conversion efficiency. 4. Creative Strategy for Ads & Campaigns Collaborate with internal design teams and agencies to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaign content. Provide clear creative briefs, campaign messaging, and performance feedback to improve ad performance. Ensure marketing communication clearly highlights product value propositions and customer benefits. 5. Product Storytelling & PDP Optimization Lead the optimization of Product Detail Pages (PDPs) to maximize conversion. Develop compelling product storytelling, benefit-driven content, FAQs, images, and videos that help customers make purchase decisions. Ensure product pages effectively communicate usage guidance, differentiation, and key selling points. 6. Product Merchandising & Website Campaigns Manage website merchandising including category pages, product prioritization, bundles, and seasonal collections. Collaborate with product and supply chain teams to align campaigns with inventory availability and demand trends. Build high-converting landing pages and promotional campaigns for launches and seasonal events. 7. Data Analytics & Growth Insights Track and analyze website performance metrics and user behavior using analytics tools. Build dashboards and reports to track growth performance, campaign effectiveness, and conversion insights. Translate data into actionable growth experiments and optimization initiatives. 8. Experimentation & Continuous Growth Drive a culture of rapid experimentation across marketing campaigns, landing pages, pricing, and product positioning. Run structured growth experiments to unlock new acquisition and conversion opportunities. Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition efficiency and lifetime value. Key Skills & Experience 6–8 years of experience in D2C growth, or performance marketing roles. Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and digital funnel analytics. Experience working with performance marketing platforms (Meta, Google, etc.). Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as GA4, marketing dashboards, and customer behavior insights. Ability to combine data-driven decision-making with creative experimentation. Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
