What success looks like in this role:
Delivery Ownership & Governance
Own end-to-end delivery of SIEM/SOC, MDR, CTEM, IAM
Ensure SLAs, compliance, and governance frameworks
Automation & AI Enablement
Drive OAR, automation workflows, AI tools (e.g., Security Copilot)
Reduce manual workload and standardize responses
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead engineers, analysts, architects
Build engineering culture and mentor teams
Stakeholder & Client Management
Act as client interface
Present performance, risks, and roadmap
Innovation
Lead and Collaborate on new technology POC, Demos
Business Leadership
Collaborate with GTM
Help in RFP response and proposal
Review Client requirements and create responses.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
10–15 years cybersecurity experience
5+ years in delivery leadership
Strong knowledge of SOC, cloud security, IAM, CTEM
Familiarity with Microsoft Security stack and automation tools
SC-200/SC-300, AZ-500
CISSP or CISM
