As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for:
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions aligned to functional and technical requirements
Build and manage deployment pipelines and support code promotion across development, testing, and production environments
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables and support issue resolution
Support project estimation, planning, execution, status tracking, and metric reporting across the project lifecycle
Guide junior team members through technical reviews, troubleshooting, and day-to-day delivery support
The team
Cyber Operate teams manage clients' critical cyber assets either as a fully managed service or in partnership with clients. They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes managing the identity lifecycle, security operations, threat intelligence, application security, business transformation, and ensuring continuous compliance.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying software applications
Experience building and managing continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines
Experience with code deployment across development, testing, and production environments
Experience translating business or functional requirements into technical deliverables
Experience with project estimation, planning, execution tracking, and metric reporting
Ability to work rotational shifts, including IST 9:00 PM to IST 6:00 AM
Preferred:
Experience mentoring junior team members
Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
Experience supporting cyber, identity, security operations, or compliance-focused programs
Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies
Experience with defect tracking, testing, and release management tools
