Level: Manager
Lead a cross-functional engineering team building and operating Gen/AI genetic AI- enabled products across AWS and Azure. You will open end-to-end delivery (UI, APIs, data, AI orchestration, and cloud operation), drive engineering excellence (quality, security, reliability), and remain hands-on in architecture and critical-path implementation.
Work you'll do
As a Manager on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end engineering delivery for Generative AI products across user interface, application programming interfaces, data, AI orchestration, and cloud operations.
Own delivery from discovery through production across user experience, services, data, AI orchestration, deployment, and operations.
Translate business requirements into architecture, milestones, sprint plans, and delivery governance, while making design decisions, evaluating trade-offs, and unblocking execution.
Architect and implement large language model-enabled patterns such as retrieval-augmented generation, tool and function calling, agent workflows, orchestration, and secure enterprise integrations.
Lead cloud-native delivery on Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure using containers, continuous integration and continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code, while optimizing scalability, cost, performance, and production readiness.
Manage and mentor engineers across onsite and offshore teams, lead Agile rituals, maintain execution transparency, and partner with product, design, security, and data teams on roadmap, scope, and delivery commitments.
The team
Cyber Operate teams manage clients' critical cyber assets either as a fully managed service or in partnership with clients. They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes managing the identity lifecycle, security operations, threat intelligence, application security, business transformation, and ensuring continuous compliance.

Qualifications
Required:
10+ years of experience in software engineering with progressive ownership, including experience leading teams in formal or matrixed environments
Experience designing and delivering full-stack applications, including system design, object-oriented programming, design patterns, application programming interface design, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting
Experience developing front-end applications using React, Angular, or Next.js with TypeScript or JavaScript
Experience developing back-end applications using Node.js, Python, or Java with Spring, including secure Representational State Transfer application programming interfaces or GraphQL services
Experience with SQL and at least one additional data store such as NoSQL, cache, or search platforms
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, and containerization using Docker
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field
Preferred:
Experience delivering Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, agent frameworks, and evaluation or monitoring approaches
Experience with Kubernetes, GitOps, Terraform, Bicep, or AWS CloudFormation
Experience with OpenTelemetry and observability tooling
Cloud certification in AWS or Azure, or experience building multi-tenant enterprise platforms
