As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions aligned to business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to define requirements for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and scalable end-to-end Generative AI solutions.
Support the development of proofs of concept during pursuits and sales cycles.
Build, test, and validate predictive models using artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques.
Develop algorithms and automated processes for model validation, deployment, and implementation.
Identify data, technology, and integration requirements to implement machine learning solutions for business use cases.
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
The team
Cyber Operate teams manage clients' critical cyber assets either as a fully managed service or in partnership with clients. They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes managing the identity lifecycle, security operations, threat intelligence, application security, business transformation, and ensuring continuous compliance.

Qualifications
Required:
3-5 years of experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, including natural language processing, deep learning, Generative AI, and agentic AI.
Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Experience developing and deploying Generative AI solutions using large language models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or LLaMA.
Experience building retrieval-augmented generation and GraphRAG-based solutions using vector databases such as Milvus, FAISS, or PostgreSQL.
Experience building and deploying solutions on one or more cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Preferred:
Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, A2A, or Pydantic for AI application or agent development.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience building and managing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
Experience with Linux environments, shell scripting, and version control tools such as Git or GitLab.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Technology, Master of Science, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
