Job Description:
The Customer Support Executive is responsible for managing customer queries and complaints. They interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
Responsibilities:
Manage orders from B2C Shopify and coordinate with DC team for timely delivery
Solve customer queries and maintain customer complaint database
Lead generation for B2B clients (corporates, restaurants, etc)
Manage order and delivery database for B2C customers
Take feedback from B2C and B2B customers for our products
Manage customer interaction over WhatsApp, email and phone for both B2B and B2C
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
Proficiency in English is a plus.
