to join our team. The role involves both inbound and outbound calls to consumers to address inquiries, complaints, billing issues, and service concerns. You will also be responsible for processing payments and ensuring a positive customer experience.

: 5 days working*, US shifts.
Location
: Must be willing to work from the office in Thane
Transport
: Home drop will be provided to the candidates living within boundary limits.
Required Skills
:
Strong verbal communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively.
Mandatory one plus year of international BPO experience in Customer service/retentions/sales/collections.
Education Qualification - SSC/HSC/Graduation.
