Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance the overall learner experience across all programs.
Assist in onboarding and orientation sessions, helping learners smoothly transition into their learning journey.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including learner profiles and support tickets.
Provide timely mentorship reminders and coordinate interview schedules for Cohort-based programs.
Track and maintain records of mentorship sessions and collect feedback from live sessions.
Engage with customers to capture success stories and testimonials for community and marketing use.
Respond promptly to platform-related queries via email and phone, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Support overall learner operations by updating internal systems and contributing to continuous process improvement.
