Respond promptly to platform-related queries via email and phone, ensuring a seamless user experience. Support overall learner operations by updating internal systems and contributing to continuous process improvement. Who Should Apply: Students or recent graduates with a background in Business, Marketing, or Communication. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Passionate about EdTech, learning, and working with people. Comfortable working with tools like CRM, Excel, Google Sheets.
