Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to support and engage with customers, ensure smooth onboarding, resolve queries, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Experience
0–5 years of experience
Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills can also apply
Qualification
Engineering graduates will be preferred
Work Schedule
Shift timings may fall anytime between
6:00 AM and 11:00 PM
Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts if required
Work Mode
First 3 months:
Work From Office (WFO)
Post training/probation, office presence may depend on assigned shift requirements
Preferred Skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer handling/support experience is a plus
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (PBI) will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers and address their concerns effectively
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the lifecycle
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Track customer feedback and provide timely updates
Maintain documentation and support records accurately
