Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Inbound) Experience: 0–2 Years Location: Noida Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle primarily inbound customer interactions. The role involves addressing customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role will be 80% inbound and 20% outbound , including follow-ups and feedback calls. Key Responsibilities: Handle 80+ inbound calls/emails/chats daily and resolve customer queries efficiently. Provide accurate information about products/services to customers. Manage customer complaints and concerns professionally with quick resolution. Conduct outbound follow-up calls (20%) for feedback, issue resolution, and lead nurturing. Maintain and update customer records in CRM/tools . Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution. Requirements: Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English / Hinglish). Strong listening and problem-solving abilities . Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred). Ability to handle customer pressure and multitask . Positive attitude and customer-first approach. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in customer service or call center roles. Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly. Good typing speed and attention to detail.
