About the role: We are seeking Customer Relationship Manager – Niyo Express to join our team. They will be responsible for product handover, & product demo for our insta-forex products & services, and generate referrals from the pre-serviced customer. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be presentable and have a proactive attitude by owning the brand identity. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers for delivery & fulfilment of pre-booked customer leads for Bank KYC, onboarding & activation along with any other customer query on-site to customer. Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Niyo Global Forex Cards and other cross sell products like International Travel Insurance, E-Sim, Forex Cash etc. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure service & generate referrals for all products placements for which incentive can be earned. Actively participate in all trainings and stay updated on product knowledge & other know-how for lead status mapping, escalation for issues and other process of customer service. Required Skills and Expertise: Minimum of bachelor's degree in any stream. Excellent communication in English with local language proficiency. Interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with HNI customers effectively. Knowledge of any financial products sales & service will be an added advantage. Other Requirements: 0-3 Years in any service or sales industry with focus on customer facing deliverables. Personal Two-Wheeler preferred. Local travel expenses reimbursed as per policy.
