<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Act as the dedicated point of contact for customers, handling questions, issues, and escalations with urgency and professionalism. Proactively manage and resolve high-priority customer issues, ensuring rapid and efficient resolutions</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Emergent's platform, providing best practice advice and guidance on Emergent's products and services</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Work with AI Platform Engineering Specialists to offer white-glove service: ensure customers feel supported and engaged through attentive, personalized guidance and product enablement</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Drive enablement: encourage customer adoption of key features while consulting with them on best practices to seamlessly build on Emergent</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Become a product expert: be the go-to resource for both customers and coworkers on Emergent's products by your 30th day</li>

<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to shifting demands</li>
