Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our FinServ Team. The primary responsibility will be reaching out to potential customers, explaining product benefits, and assisting them in choosing the right financial products. Your role includes handling customer queries, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will also be expected to follow up on the leads and adhere to company policies and financial regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers through phone calls to promote
credit cards, personal loans, home loans, and insurance products

Clearly explain product
features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and application processes
in a professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend
suitable financial products
based on their needs.
Handle customer queries related to
credit cards, personal loans, home loans, and insurance
, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and regularly update the
CRM system
.
Follow up with customers and channel partners on a timely basis to resolve any
pending documentation or process-related issues

Work towards achieving
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Qualifications:
Prior experience in banking telecalling sales is mandatory
Basic knowledge of
banking products, loans, credit cards, and insurance
(training will be provided)
