About the Role
As a Customer Engineering Intern, you’ll be working directly with global developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and tech leaders to solve real-world testing challenges.
This is not a typical support role. You’ll debug automation scripts, troubleshoot cloud execution environments, and collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams.
If you enjoy solving complex problems and understanding how large-scale systems work, this role will accelerate your growth.
What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot automation issues across Selenium, Playwright, Appium, etc.
Debug test failures across real devices and browser environments
Support customers via chat, email, and calls (rotation shifts)
Assist with CI/CD integrations and API-related queries
Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product to resolve escalations
Identify recurring issues and contribute to product improvements
Manage SLAs and ensure world-class technical support
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills
BTech / MTech / MCA (CS/IT preferred)
Strong DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms) fundamentals
Proficiency in at least one language: JavaScript, Python, Java, or PHP
Solid understanding of APIs and web-based applications
Basic knowledge of automation testing concepts
Soft Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain technical issues clearly
High ownership and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
