Customer Adoption — Role Description & Measurement
About the Role
We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Customer Adoption Intern to support Snic’s customer/adoption team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work at the intersection of software, process, data, testing, documentation, and customer enablement.
At Snic, customer adoption work is not limited to implementation. It includes supporting process discovery, data preparation, testing, training enablement, documentation, support readiness, and customer success activities that help customers adopt solutions with confidence. SmartOps defines this work explicitly across discovery, data prep, configuration, testing, training, change management, go-live, run operations, support, and success management.
Key Responsibilities
Support preparation of UAT plans, scripts, and defect logs
Assist with customer data preparation, validation, and cleanup
Help document workflows, configuration decisions, and handover notes
Support creation of training materials, user guides, and knowledge articles
Help maintain trackers, runbooks, and implementation documentation
Assist with ticket triage, issue documentation, and knowledge capture
Work with senior team members on bounded customer-facing internal tasks
Required Skills
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with structured data
Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn
Strong documentation and attention to detail
Good logical thinking and problem-solving ability
Clear written and verbal communication
Willingness to learn business processes and software workflows
Good to Have
Exposure to software testing or QA concepts
Familiarity with support ticketing or issue tracking
Understanding of APIs, integrations, or data flows
Exposure to ERP, MES, APS, or other business systems
Academic or project experience involving process mapping, data handling, or documentation
Who Can Apply
Final-year students or recent graduates in Engineering, MCA, BSc, BBA, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
Candidates interested in implementation, customer success, support, operations, or business applications
Strong interest in working in a structured customer-facing technology environment
