is seeking an experienced and qualified or semi-qualified
Company Secretary
to join our team in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with a strong understanding of corporate laws and a minimum of 2 years of practical experience. An LLB qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Manage all
MCA filings
and ensure timely compliance.
Draft
agendas, resolutions, and minutes
for Board meetings.
Handle secretarial audit compliances.
Liaise with
NSDL, RTA
, and other regulatory bodies.
Assist in drafting and reviewing various
legal agreements
.
Support
ESOP
-related activities and administration.
Conduct legal research and provide legal support to the organization.
Assist in handling
litigations
as required.
Requirements:
Qualified or semi-qualified Company Secretary (CS).
Minimum of
2 years of exposure
to MCA filings, preparing meeting documents, and secretarial compliance.
Strong knowledge of
Corporate Laws
.
LLB qualification is a plus.
Excellent drafting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Immediate joiners
are preferred.
