Objective –
Work closely with the
CRM team as a data analyst to analyze customer data, build meaningful metrics
and models, and deliver actionable insights that drive campaign optimization,
customer engagement, and business growth.

Work on
CLM
and remarketing
as a core project area

Support and
scale
CRM automation initiatives
across channels
·
Collaborate
closely with
Design, Content, MoEngage, and Operations teams
for:
o
Launching CRM journeys
o
Maintaining process and execution efficiency

Own
daily
reporting
:
o
Automation report
o
Target vs Achievement tracking
o
Identify gaps, insights, and recommend
interventions based on data
Requirements

Hands-on
experience with
SQL
(mandatory)
·
Experience with
Tableau
or other analytical/visualization tools (good to have)
·
Strong
analytical
and problem-solving skills
·
Understanding
of
cohort analysis
·
Prior exposure
to
CLM / CRM
is a plus
·
Strong
marketing
intuition / knack
·
Basic
understanding of
e-commerce terminology and metrics
