The CRM manager is responsible for managing coordination between Sales team and developers to build and maintain strong relationships addressing their needs and concerns, Maintain and update client databases with accurate information to ensure smooth follow-ups and engagement. Handle end-to-end customer registration and banking coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong relationships with the entire assigned customer base, ensuring continuous engagement throughout the customer lifecycle—from booking to possession.
Maintain and update customer records, banking process, prepare final work reports, documentation status, and customer queries.
Handle documentation processes, including agreement execution, registration, deed transfer, and cancellation requests in line with regulatory compliance.
Manage home loan support by coordinating with banks and customers for loan application processing, document collection, disbursement follow-ups, and issue resolution.
Oversee and track customer payments, validate cheques, and manage demand letter generation in accordance with construction progress.
Scrutinize and filter invoices of Channel Partners for accuracy and compliance before forwarding to the Finance/Accounts team ,
Reconcile customer and developer accounts to ensure accuracy of payments, invoices, and registrations.
Address and resolve customer concerns related to allotments, transfers, registrations, and cancellations with prompt and effective solutions.
Provide support for post-booking services including payment follow-ups, possession coordination, and handover formalities.
