The role involves calling existing and new leads , pitching Instantpay DKG Annual Subscription Plans, and closing conversions over the phone . This position is ideal for candidates with prior outbound sales experience, especially those who have sold insurance, subscription plans, financial packages, or similar products through telecalling.   Job Responsibilities Outbound calling to warm and cold leads Pitching and selling annual subscription plans Handling objections and closing sales on calls Achieving daily and monthly conversion targets Updating CRM with call outcomes and follow-ups Coordinating with internal teams post-sale for onboarding   Qualifications and skills Any graduate 1–3 years of outbound tele-sales / inside sales experience Prior experience selling insurance, packages, subscriptions, or financial products Proven ability to close deals over calls Comfortable working in target-driven environments Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, & one Regional language -Tamil/ Telugu/Bengali/Marathi/Malayalam. Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
