ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Creative Production Specialist, you will drive the end-to-end execution and management of content production at सादा / SAADAA. This role is heavily focused on production planning, shoot management, logistics, and operational efficiency — ensuring that all content is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards. You will act as the bridge between creative ideas and flawless execution.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Production Planning: Own shoot planning end-to-end — timelines, schedules, resources, and execution roadmaps.
Shoot Management: Lead on-ground execution of shoots including coordination of team, talent, and vendors.
Logistics & Operations: Manage locations, props, styling, equipment, and overall shoot readiness.
Budget & Resource Management: Optimize production costs while maintaining output quality.
Vendor Coordination: Manage external partners — videographers, photographers, stylists, freelancers, and agencies.
Content Calendar Execution: Ensure all shoots are aligned with campaign timelines and marketing requirements.
Workflow Management: Build and maintain efficient production processes to improve speed and output quality.
Post-Production Tracking: Coordinate with editors to ensure timely delivery of final assets.
Quality Control: Ensure all outputs meet SAADAA’s visual and brand standards.
Problem Solving: Handle last-minute changes, delays, or on-ground issues with quick, practical solutions.
WHO YOU ARE
3+ years of experience in production management / creative operations / shoot execution.
Strong experience in handling shoots end-to-end (planning to delivery).
Highly organized with strong project management and coordination skills.
Comfortable managing multiple shoots, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Experience working with vendors, freelancers, and production teams.
Practical understanding of shoot requirements — locations, lighting, equipment, styling, etc.
A strong executor who can get things done under tight timelines.
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented in high-paced environments.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Media, Production, Operations, or related fields.
Proven experience in managing production workflows and shoot execution.
Understanding of content production lifecycle (pre-production to post-production).
Portfolio or past experience in executed shoots/campaigns is preferred.
