We are shaping the future of work itself. The Team: We are expanding our content marketing team and seeking a Creative Director to lead and scale our brand and visual storytelling. The Role: As Creative Director at Skan AI, you'll own the creative vision for our brand across global markets. Reporting to the Head of Content Marketing, you'll set the creative direction, build and mentor a team of designers, and ensure every touchpoint reflects our position as the category leader in agentic AI. You'll partner cross-functionally with product marketing, demand gen, and sales to translate complex platform narratives into compelling visual experiences that resonate with enterprise buyers and industry analysts alike. We're looking for a creative leader who brings a strong point of view, stays ahead of trends, and raises the bar on everything the brand puts into market. You should be equally comfortable developing big-picture brand strategy and rolling up your sleeves to concept and art direct key projects. The work you'll do: Creative Vision & Strategy - Define and evolve Skan AI's visual identity and creative direction. Set the standard for how our brand shows up across campaigns, events, digital experiences, content, and sales materials. Team Leadership - Build, mentor, and manage a team of designers (including our Bangalore-based creative team). Establish workflows, quality standards, and a culture of creative excellence. Partner effectively with creative resources worldwide. Brand Stewardship - Own and enforce brand guidelines globally. Ensure consistency, quality, and impact across every customer-facing asset, from website to keynote stage to analyst briefing. Executive-Level Visual Storytelling - Translate complex technical concepts, platform narratives, and business messaging into high-impact visual stories for C-suite audiences, analysts, and enterprise decision-makers. Cross-Functional Partnership - Collaborate closely with product marketing, demand gen, content, and sales enablement to align creative output with GTM priorities, campaign goals, and pipeline targets. Creative Operations - Oversee and execute hands-on the end-to-end creative process from brief through delivery. Drive efficiency, prioritization, and on-time execution across a high volume of concurrent projects. Market & Trend Leadership - Stay ahead of design trends, emerging platforms, and developments in the agentic AI landscape. Bring fresh thinking and push the team to continuously raise the creative bar. The qualifications you need: 8+ years of experience in design and creative leadership, with at least 3 years managing or directing a creative team in AI, technology, and SaaS environments. A standout portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, exceptional taste, and range across channels (digital, print, web, events, video, presentations). Should include examples of brand systems or campaigns you led, not just individual assets. Experience building or scaling a creative function at a growth-stage company. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and moving fast. Strong perspective on how AI tools can accelerate creative workflows. Uses them as a force multiplier for the team, not a crutch. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Fluency in Figma. Motion/video experience is a strong plus. Hands on experience on AI-powered design tools to accelerate and elevate our design outputs via tools like Claude Design, Manus.im, Genspark, Canva or any other AI tools for design. Deep understanding of brand strategy with the ability to connect creative work to business outcomes. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Can pitch a creative concept to the CEO and give clear, constructive feedback to a junior designer in the same afternoon. Proven ability to manage competing priorities, tight timelines, and multiple stakeholders without sacrificing quality. A sharp eye for detail, typography, color, and composition, paired with the judgment to know when good enough ships and when perfection matters.
