About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and execution-oriented Creative Designer – Brand & Digital to help build and strengthen the visual identity of Infocusp. This role will be responsible for translating marketing strategy and communication into impactful visual assets across digital, sales, employer branding, and event touchpoints. The ideal candidate should combine strong design aesthetics with speed, versatility, and a clear understanding of modern B2B brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Collaterals
Design brochures, one-pagers, solution sheets, case studies, whitepapers, flyers, and corporate presentations.
Create visually strong sales decks, proposal presentations, and customer-facing materials.
Ensure all communication materials follow brand guidelines and maintain a premium, consistent brand identity.
Digital & Campaign Creatives
Design creatives for LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, paid ads, website banners, landing pages, and digital promotions.
Support lead generation campaigns with high-converting ad creatives and campaign visuals.
Create engaging visual assets for webinars, online events, and product/service launches.
Website & Digital Presence
Design website graphics, icons, banners, downloadable assets, and landing page creatives.
Work closely with the marketing team on improving the visual quality of the website and digital touchpoints.
Events, Conferences & Trade Shows
Design exhibition booth creatives, standees, banners, backdrops, signage, merchandise, and event branding materials.
Create leadership speaking decks, event presentations, and post-event recap creatives.
Ensure strong on-ground brand visibility during conferences and trade shows.
Video & Motion Content
Create basic motion graphics, short videos, reels, event recap videos, testimonial edits, and animated social media assets.
Support leadership branding and employer branding through modern visual storytelling formats.
Employer Branding & Internal Communication
Design recruitment campaigns, employee engagement creatives, office branding materials, and culture communication assets.
Support HR and leadership teams with internal branding initiatives.
Agency Collaboration (Growth Phase)
Work with external agencies, freelancers, video partners, and printers as the marketing function scales.
Review external creative outputs to ensure consistency with brand standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, digital creative design, or visual communication.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital, branding, presentation, and campaign design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva; motion/video tools preferred.
Good understanding of social media creatives, digital ads, and B2B marketing design needs.
Strong presentation design capability (PowerPoint / Google Slides).
Ability to manage multiple priorities with fast turnaround time.
Attention to detail and strong sense of aesthetics.
Experience in IT / SaaS / B2B / corporate branding environment preferred.
