Key Responsibilities
• Design high-quality static and animated graphics for social media, ads, banners, presentations,
and marketing materials using Canva and other design tools.
• Create platform-specific creatives (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube thumbnails, Stories,
etc.).
• Maintain and apply brand guidelines including color palettes, fonts, logos, and tone across all
designs.
Video Production
• Produce short-form and long-form video content including Reels, YouTube videos, product
showcases, ads, and brand films.
• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Canva Video,
VidGen, or equivalent.
• Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, background music, and voiceovers to enhance video
quality.
• Repurpose long-form content into short clips for various platforms.
AI-Powered Content Creation
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, RunwayML, Kling, ChatGPT, Canva AI,
ElevenLabs, etc.) to speed up creative workflows and ideation.
• Generate AI-assisted visuals, backgrounds, mockups, copy suggestions, and video scripts.
• Stay updated with the latest AI design and video generation tools and integrate them into daily
workflows.
Brand Management
• Manage and maintain visual identity across multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
• Build and maintain brand kits, asset libraries, and template systems for each brand.
• Ensure every piece of content aligns with the brand’s voice, positioning, and visual standards.
• Coordinate with marketing and strategy teams to align content with campaign goals.
Content Planning & Collaboration
• Work with the content and social media teams to plan and execute content calendars.
• Deliver content on time and manage multiple project timelines efficiently.
• Respond to feedback and iterate quickly on designs and videos.
Required Skills
• Canva (Advanced — including Brand Kit, Canva Pro features, animations, presentations)
• Video Editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects, Canva Video, VidGen (or similar)
• AI Tools: Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, RunwayML, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Sora, or equivalent
• Optional: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator for advanced design needs
Core Competencies
• Strong understanding of visual design principles (typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy)
• Solid video editing skills with an eye for pacing, storytelling, and engagement
• Ability to manage and differentiate content across multiple brand identities simultaneously
• Comfortable working with AI tools to accelerate design and video production workflows
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects at once
• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with motion graphics or 2D animation
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles for YouTube/social media content
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Experience managing brand accounts in the D2C, lifestyle, or tech sectors
• Basic copywriting or content writing skills
• Knowledge of performance marketing creatives (A/B testing, ad creatives)
