From gaming to microdramas, our ambition is to build a cultural brand made in India for the world.  As a member within the Creative Communications team, you will define WinZO’s design vision and language across campaigns, motion, 3D, animation, and brand systems, creating a unified and scalable identity that bridges product, content, and communication.  You will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, shaping processes that balance experimentation with precision and ensuring every expression of WinZO reflects consistency, craft, and global resonance. Design a visual language that feels deeply Indian and naturally global, one that draws from our roots, grows with our ambition, and reimagines how the world experiences play and culture. What you will do: Lead the full creative process from idea to launch, bringing campaigns, motion, and visuals to life with craft and emotion. Shape WinZO’s design language across every medium: static graphics, motion design, short videos, ATL/BTL advertising ensuring our identity feels consistent and alive everywhere. Build and guide a talented team of designers, illustrators, and motion artists, helping them grow while pushing creative boundaries together. Translate high-level objectives into compelling visual campaigns across channels (digital ads, social media, in-app promos, videos, etc.), maintaining consistency with WinZO’s brand design principles and systems Enhance design excellence by streamlining workflows and implementing structured frameworks across Communication Design. Turn brand goals into powerful visual stories that connect deeply with our audiences. Use data and insights (performance data - metric tests, usability studies) to steer the direction of future creative designs and keep raising the quality bar. Partner with product, tech, and growth teams to make design central to WinZO’s strategy and success. Define the standards for typography, color, composition, and motion, ensuring precision and coherence in every detail. Manage multiple creative projects with focus and flow, delivering work that’s both timely and world-class. Design for a global stage, one that resonates locally while feeling unmistakably Indian and universally human. What you will do: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Fine Arts/Visual Design/Visual Communication/Graphic Design related creative studies is preferred Proven experience leading creative teams and large-scale campaigns, with the ability to balance vision and execution. A portfolio showcasing storytelling mastery - spanning campaigns, motion design, animation, illustration, 3D, and brand identity. Deep expertise in creative fundamentals (typography, composition, color, motion principles) and the ability to elevate them in practice. Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Cinema 4D/Blender, and Figma; familiarity with workflow tools like JIRA is a plus. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate credibly with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. A global mindset, with sensitivity to cultural nuance and inclusivity across international audiences.
