What You'll Do for Us:
Championing the delivery of operational plans and strategies, translating them into actionable and measurable projects.
Directing and overseeing projects that span across multiple departments, ensuring collaboration and coherence among diverse teams.
Commanding the execution of key departmental project strategies, setting a clear direction and benchmarks for success.
Holding the responsibility for large-scale operational areas, products, or processes within a variety of business services, from general administration to security and facilities management.
Driving resource allocation and decision-making processes to support the company's objectives and long-term goals.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience, with 10+ years in related fields.
Expertise in program and project management, showcasing capabilities in organizing, managing, and synthesizing multiple initiatives.
Advanced collaboration and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with various internal and external constituencies.
A keen understanding of business planning, forecasting, and managing budgets, with an ability to analyze information to inform decision-making.
Competency in leading through ambiguity and a continuously evolving environment, staying focused and maintaining clarity on objectives.
Strong systemic thinking with a holistic view that recognizes the interconnectedness of different business functions and their collective impact.
