Job Description: Salesforce CPQ Developer Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Developer Experience Required:2 to 5 Years Location: Baner, Pune Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce CPQ Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation, development, and customization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing CPQ solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring seamless quoting processes and improving overall sales efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Implement and maintain pricing models, product bundles, discounting rules, advance approval and approval workflows in CPQ. Perform CPQ product modeling including option constraints, features, attributes, and pricing strategies. Integrate CPQ with other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and external systems. Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues. Write clean, efficient Apex code and use declarative tools where appropriate. Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and assist in UAT. Responsible for successful deployment activities using Change Sets, VS Code, Gearset, Copado, or CI/CD tools. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and training materials. Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and CPQ best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience working on Salesforce platform with at least 1–2 years in Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick). Solid understanding of CPQ product configuration, pricing, quoting, and approval processes. Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC). Expertise in Salesforce data model, SOQL/SOSL, triggers, process builder, flows, Data Migration and other declarative tools. Experienced with successful deployment activities using Change Sets, VS Code, Gearset, Copado, or CI/CD tools. Strong understanding of CPQ billing processes. Experience in integrating CPQ with ERP or billing systems is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. Salesforce CPQ certification is preferred (but not mandatory). Knowledge of Revenue Cloud, Conga Composer & document generation is good to have.
