The Country HR Manager is the senior-most HR leader in India, responsible for shaping and executing the country people strategy across a complex, multi-site footprint, including a global shared services center. The role ensures strong alignment between business priorities and HR delivery, driving organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent outcomes at scale.
A key mandate of this role is to enable and accelerate the growth of the Global Business Services (GBS) center in Kochi, positioning it as a critical hub supporting global transformation. The incumbent will partner with global stakeholders to build scalable talent pipelines, strengthen leadership capability, and embed agile, future-ready workforce practices that underpin the center’s expansion and strategic value.
