Front Office/Reception:
Greet visitors, answer/screen incoming calls, manage emails, and ensure a professional, tidy reception area.
Counselling:
Provide detailed information regarding courses, products, or services to prospective clients/students to facilitate conversions.
Telecalling:
Perform outbound calls to follow up on leads, confirm appointments, and promote services.
Administration:
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, daily reports, and data entry using MS Office.
