Role Overview:
As a key member of the Strategy & Growth team, your role will involve driving strategic initiatives across investments, M&A, and partnerships to accelerate the company’s expansion across geographies and product verticals. You will own the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing and evaluation to execution and integration—while also leading high-impact projects that shape long-term growth. Ideal for professionals with strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and execution skills who thrive in dynamic, fast-scaling environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must Have
Relevant years of experience in corporate development, IB, PE, strategy consulting, or VC.
Strong modeling, valuation, and deal execution experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and negotiations.
Deep market research and financial analysis skills.
Strong communication and executive presentation capabilities.
Good to Have
CA/MBA with experience in tech or digital media sectors.
Exposure to international dealmaking and global market entry strategies.
Experience supporting fundraising or investor communications.
Familiarity with post-deal integration and synergy realization.
Track record of managing high-impact special projects in scaling startups.
Sector knowledge, especially of gaming assets, is a plus for identifying high-potential targets and shaping investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive WinZO’s long-term growth through strategic investments, M&A, and partnerships across gaming, content, and adjacent sectors, aligning with company objectives.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-potential investment and acquisition targets, both in India and globally across game studios, IP houses, and technology platforms.
Manage the full lifecycle of transactions including sourcing, financial modeling, diligence, structuring, negotiations, and closure while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and structure partnerships with game developers, publishers, and content creators to enhance product offerings and drive user growth; onboard and integrate partners onto the WinZO platform.
Oversee integration of acquired or partnered entities and track their performance to ensure strategic value realization and alignment with WinZO’s goals.
Continuously monitor gaming, tech, and entertainment trends; provide actionable insights and strategic updates to the leadership team for decision-making.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with premier domestic and international game studios; act as WinZO’s ambassador to communicate vision and identify collaborative opportunities.
Lead high-impact projects across product verticals and geographies, supporting expansion, innovation, and competitive positioning in both Indian and global markets.
