Deloitte is seeking a Specialist Manager, Procurement and Category Management to support professional services sourcing, contracting, and workflow execution within the CoRe Procurement organization. In this role, you will advise stakeholders on sourcing strategy, manage contracting and exception processes, and help drive reporting accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role requires collaboration across business, legal, finance, and enabling teams to support timely and effective procurement outcomes.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Procurement and Category Management on the Professional Services Category Management team, you will be responsible for:
Advising business stakeholders on sourcing strategy, preferred vendors, and engagement models for professional services
Managing contract drafting and review activities for statements of work (SOWs) and professional services agreements (PSAs), while supporting compliance with policy and quality standards
Overseeing intake and workflow management for sourcing and contracting requests, including tracking activities through ServiceNow and coordinating approvals with cross-functional teams
Maintaining sourcing data across systems, supporting reporting and exception tracking, and contributing to supplier performance measurement and scorecards
Supporting junior team members through knowledge sharing and onboarding, while contributing to process improvements, templates, and team best practices

More specifically, EA enables the business units to solely focus on satisfying clients and developing new products and services to sustain competitive advantage, while they consolidate and standardize a diverse collection of systems, processes, and functions. The team provides a wide array of services to the U.S and India professionals, and is continually evaluating and expanding its portfolio.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
8-10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, category management, contracting, or supplier management
Experience supporting professional services sourcing strategy, vendor selection, and engagement models
Experience drafting, reviewing, or managing SOWs, PSAs, and contracting workflows
Experience using workflow, procurement, or contract management systems such as ServiceNow or Icertis
Experience maintaining reporting, data integrity, dashboards, or supplier performance metrics
Preferred:
Master’s degree
Experience supporting professional services category management within a Big 4 firm
Experience working with legal, finance, and business stakeholders on approval and contracting processes
Experience supporting process improvement initiatives, templates, or standard operating procedures
