with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating complex technical information into clear, engaging, and user-friendly content.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality technical content including blogs, website pages, product descriptions, case studies, whitepapers, and documentation.
Understand product features and convert technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
Work closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to gather information.
Develop SEO-optimized content aligned with digital marketing strategies.
Prepare user manuals, FAQs, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation.
Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all platforms.
Conduct research on industry-related topics to produce accurate content.
Proofread and edit content before publication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, English, Journalism, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Content Writer.
Strong understanding of technical concepts (Software / SaaS / IT products preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
