Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Copywriter to join our team on a full-time basis. As the Copywriter at Emversity, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging copy for various channels, including our website, brochures, app, and other marketing collaterals. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop messaging that resonates with our target audience and effectively communicates our brand's value proposition.
Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:
Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for a variety of mediums, including website pages, landing pages, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, advertising materials, and more.

Brand Voice:
Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all communications to ensure brand coherence and alignment with our brand values.
3.
Content Strategy:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and editorial calendars that support our marketing objectives and engage our target audience.
4.
SEO Optimization
: Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords seamlessly into copy to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
5.
Editing and Proofreading:
Review and edit copy for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and style to ensure high-quality, error-free content.
6.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform content development and messaging strategies.
7.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between copy and visual elements, user experience, and product/service features.

Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyse the performance of content initiatives, track key metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion rates), and leverage insights to optimize future content strategies.

Continuous Improvement:
Seek opportunities for innovation and optimization, experiment with new content formats and techniques, and share best practices with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
· 3-4 years of proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
· Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Strong understanding of branding, messaging, and storytelling principles.
· Proficiency in SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
· Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools is a plus.
· Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of writing samples across different channels and formats.
