We are seeking
Content Strategist & Development Specialist
to lead the development and execution of strategic content initiatives and integrated marketing communications. You will be responsible for shaping brand messaging, creating compelling content across channels, and driving audience engagement to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct content audits and gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand positioning and marketing goals.
Content bucketing & maintaining calendar for release, coordinating with all internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with design, digital, and product teams to create cohesive content experiences (articles, blog posts, website copy, white papers, case studies, video scripts, press releases, newsletters & internal communications).
Maintain brand voice and tone across channels and ensure messaging consistency.
Work closely with SEO/SEM specialists to optimize content for search and performance marketing.
Track content and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc. Generate insights from data to refine strategies and optimize results.
Prepare reports and present findings to leadership or stakeholders.
Employee Engagement, Profiling and Publishing.
Custodian of websites / social media pages
Corporate profiling – Testimonials, Milestones, Project case studies and offline BD Presentations
Schedule and executing knowledge leadership (real estate) reels and stories.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or marcom roles.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital best practices.
Proficient in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video content creation.
Knowledge of PR, media relations, and brand management.
Real estate experience is must
