Role Overview
We’re looking for a
Content Strategist
to lead content for Be Bodywise across
social media, performance marketing, and brand advertising
.
This role requires a strong
creative instinct first
, backed by an
analytical mindset
someone who can build compelling narratives, understand what’s working (and why), and scale winning content systems.
You will own the overall content direction and manage teams across social and performance, with a team reporting to you.
Functional Skill Set
Own the
end to end content strategy
across organic social, paid ads, and brand campaigns.
Build strong
creative frameworks, hooks, and storytelling systems
that drive both brand and performance outcomes.
Lead performance content (ads, scripts, creatives) with a sharp understanding of
what converts and why
.
Oversee social media strategy, with a
Social Media Lead
handling day-to-day execution.
Use data, insights, and platform signals to refine content direction and improve efficiency.
Collaborate closely with growth, design, and marketing teams.
Behavioral Skill Set
Creative-first thinker
with a strong sense of storytelling and cultural relevance.
Equally comfortable using
data and performance insights
to guide creative decisions.
Proven experience managing a
team of at least 5 people
.
Strong ownership mindset — accountable for outcomes, not just ideas.
Collaborative team player who communicates clearly and gives actionable feedback.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Ideal Background
6 to eight years of experience in content strategy, creative leadership, or brand/performance content roles.
Experience handling both
social content and performance marketing creatives
.
Agency or D2C brand experience preferred.
