About this role

Review potentially violative and controversial video content (may include graphic or violent content) in line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines. Enforce YouTube’s content policies and ensure high quality policy enforcement, as part of the Hyderabad Content Specialist team within the Trust and Safety organization. Manage escalations in the content policy space while ensuring high quality enforcement and clear written communication and policy analysis. Provide insights from content review that drives future Policy and Enforcement Operations improvements. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields. Preferred qualifications: Experience with SQL and spreadsheets along with excellent investigative skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action. Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content. Identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy with passion for international issues, including freedom of expression, online controversial content, cyber crime, etc. Excellent business judgment, combined with influencing and communication, time management and organization skills along with attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the passion to learn.
