Why this role exists We run a video-first, performance-led product funnel. That means: ●  Influencers matter ●  Hooks matter ●  Offers matter ●  Speed and consistency matter We’re looking for someone who can own video content end-to-end: from idea to execution to learning across influencer content, vertical ad videos, and organic social. What you will own Influencer Marketing (B2C / MOM Focus) ●  Own influencer marketing for the B2C funnel, especially MOM creators. ●  Work closely with influencer agencies to: ○  Scout relevant profiles ○  Evaluate audience quality and fit ○  Finalise commercials and timelines ●  Ensure: ○  Strong, clear scripts aligned to product + offer ○  Consistent messaging across creators ○  Healthy CPV and performance benchmarks ●  Track performance and feed learnings back into scripts and creator selection. Ad Videos (Performance Creatives) ●  Own the monthly pipeline of vertical ad videos across products: ●  Responsibilities include: ○  Identifying winning hooks and formats ○  Writing short, sharp scripts (performance-first) ○  Scouting locations ○  Coordinating shoots end-to-end with a production agency ○  Ensuring final delivery is on time and usable for ads ●  Think volume, speed and iteration. Content Workflow & Performance Feedback ●  Track how videos are performing across platforms (IG, Meta ads, etc.). ●  Identify: ○  What hooks work ○  What formats fatigue ○  What messaging converts ●  Maintain a clear content workflow: ○  Idea → Script → Shoot → Edit → Launch → Learn ●  Ensure learnings directly influence the next batch of videos. Product & Offer-Led Social Content ●  Ensure product-specific and offer-specific communication on socials ●  Translate: ○  Offers ○  Price points ○  Use cases into simple, scroll-stopping videos and posts. Who you are ●  3–4 years of experience in B2C content, social, or performance creative roles. ●  Strong exposure to: ○  Influencer marketing (preferably MOM creators) ○  Short-form vertical video (Reels, ads) ●  Comfortable writing scripts and hooks for performance content. ●  Hands-on with agencies, creators, and shoot coordination. ●  Data-aware - you care about CPV, CTR, and what actually works. ●  Organised, fast-moving, and execution-oriented. This role is not for you if ●  You prefer long-form brand storytelling over performance content. ●  You don’t enjoy coordinating shoots and creators. ●  You’re uncomfortable with feedback loops and iteration.
