About the Role:
We are looking for a curious, research-driven, and creative intern who is passionate about content, child experiences, AI, and interaction design. This role sits at the intersection of content research, UX thinking, conversational AI, and interactive learning design.
As a Content Research & UX Intern, you will work closely with the content, AI, design, and product teams to research trends, study child behaviour and learning patterns, analyse interaction experiences, and help shape engaging AI-driven experiences for children.
If you enjoy exploring how kids think, speak, learn, and interact with technology, this role is your playground-with-spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the creation of conversational and interactive AI experiences using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
Assist in designing user journeys, interaction flows, visual activation frameworks, and UX documentation for AI-driven experiences.
Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions with researched trends, themes, gameplay references, and linguistic insights.
Help structure and document prompts, interaction patterns, and conversation frameworks for child-safe and engaging AI interactions.
Research on:
Child-centric content trends
Learning methodologies and engagement patterns
Interactive storytelling formats
Conversational AI experiences
UX best practices for child-friendly products
Global and regional cultural references, themes, and media trends
Study competitor products, apps, educational platforms, and AI experiences to identify opportunities for improving engagement, interaction quality, and learning experiences.
Translate research findings into actionable insights for content, AI, design, and product teams.
Organise research findings, references, benchmarks, and interaction observations in a clear and documentation-friendly manner.
Requirements:
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to convert observations into structured insights and recommendations.
Good understanding of UX principles, interaction design, user behaviour, and engagement patterns.
Interest in conversational AI, prompt engineering, storytelling, interactive experiences, or educational technology.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Figma, Draw.io, Lucidchart, or similar documentation and flow-mapping tools.
Comfortable using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms for ideation and interaction design support.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing research documentation and collaborative workflows.
Curious mindset with an interest in child development, learning experiences, media trends, gaming culture, storytelling, and technology.
Candidates pursuing or completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

Education:
Psychology, English Literature, Mass Communication, Media & Communication Or related fields
Freshers with relevant skills and a strong interest in research, content, AI, or UX are encouraged to apply.
