Roles and Responsibilities 1. Content Research and Development: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, industry developments, and workspace innovations to create insightful reports. Identify and analyze key data points, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities to craft compelling narratives. Stay updated with industry reports, surveys, and global best practices to provide thought leadership content. 2. Report Writing and Strategy: Develop high-quality, well-structured, and engaging reports, whitepapers, and thought pieces that align with myHQ’s brand voice and strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure factual accuracy and relevance of the content. Tailor content for diverse audiences, including corporate clients, SMEs, startups, and policymakers. 3. Data Interpretation and Visualization: Interpret complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and present them clearly through charts, infographics, and summaries. Work with designers to incorporate engaging visual elements into reports. 4. Content Distribution and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to identify effective channels for report distribution, including newsletters, blogs, and social media. Engage with stakeholders, media outlets, and partners for content dissemination and promotion. 5. Performance Analysis: Track and measure the impact of published reports through analytics and feedback, and refine strategies to maximize reach and engagement. Regularly update stakeholders on the performance and reception of content pieces. Qualifications or Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in content writing, research, or report development in industries like real estate, workspace solutions, or consulting. Exceptional research and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
