confident, camera-friendly Content Creator
who lives and breathes social media. If you’re someone who can effortlessly switch between being in front of the camera and executing behind the scenes, this role is built for you.
You’ll be at the forefront of creating
engaging, relatable, and scroll-stopping botanical content
, helping us build a stronger connection with our community of plant lovers.
What You’ll Do
1. Be the Face of Content
Create engaging, on-camera content for reels and short-form videos
Communicate naturally and confidently, simplifying plant care and lifestyle topics
Bring personality, relatability, and storytelling into every piece of content
2. End-to-End Content Creation
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit daily content across formats
Execute quick, trend-based content with high turnaround time
Ensure content aligns with brand tonality and visual identity
3. Trend & Culture First Approach
Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and viral moments
Adapt trends creatively to fit the brand and category
Experiment consistently with new content formats
4. Lifestyle & Plant Storytelling
Create content around plants, gardening, and everyday plant parenting
Build narratives that make plants more accessible and engaging
Showcase products in a natural, lifestyle-driven manner
5. Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with the social media and marketing teams
Contribute to content calendars and campaign ideas
Be hands-on during shoots—both indoor and outdoor
Who You Are
2–4 years of experience in social media content creation
Comfortable and confident being in front of the camera
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content
Hands-on with shooting and editing (mobile-first is absolutely fine)
Naturally creative with a strong sense of storytelling
High ownership mindset with the ability to deliver content consistently
Having a personal creator profile with ~5,000+ followers is a strong plus
