We're looking for a detail-oriented Consulting Analyst to support business and operations functions across dentsu Bx and dentsu Lab India. This is a critical support role for project execution, client deliverables, and operational excellence across consulting engagements and creative innovation projects.

What You'll Do
Project & Operations Management
Manage day-to-day project operations including timelines, deliverables tracking, and stakeholder follow-ups
Coordinate billing cycles, invoice processing, and financial documentation
Maintain project documentation, status reports, and internal dashboards
Handle vendor coordination, purchase orders, and operational procurement
dentsu Lab Creative Projects
Coordinate briefing sessions with creative teams (copywriters, art directors, innovation leads) and ensure alignment on project vision
Manage creative project workflows from brief to concept to execution, tracking milestones and dependencies
Liaise with cross-functional teams (strategy, data, technology, media) to enable integrated creative solutions
Support documentation of innovation campaigns and creative case studies for awards submissions and internal knowledge sharing
Track creative production timelines, resource allocation, and budget adherence
Research & Client Deliverables
Conduct secondary research to support client proposals, pitches, and strategic recommendations
Prepare presentations, reports, and client-facing materials
Coordinate internal meetings, client calls, and project check-ins
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in consulting, operations, or business support roles (agency/consulting background preferred)
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft clear, compelling briefs
Ability to manage multiple priorities with sharp attention to detail
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Research skills and ability to synthesize information quickly
Understanding of creative workflows and agency processes is a plus
Understanding of billing/invoicing processes is a plus
Interest in innovation, technology, and creative problem-solving
