Knowledge in all aspects of Unified Communication Environment Administration and best practices Excellent understanding of IT systems infrastructure and best practices. Extensive Hands on experience on Collab Break fix, server upgradation changes Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. Strong experience in handling P1/P2 issues over bridge/WebEx sessions Good Knowledge of Virtualization Coordinate with various teams for the daily operations, plan and execute scheduled activities. IT infrastructure incident and change management Creates detailed technical documentation of IT solutions to ensure successful implementations and reference for ongoing support. Extensive Hands on experience – involves in-depth troubleshooting skills & providing RCA’s for the same. Performing security administration tasks, such as certificate renewals, on a periodic basis in line with agreed service levels. You will be expected to be an active member of the UC team, and support other less experienced members of staff in best practice and modern engineering techniques and approaches Ability to work 24/7 environment.
