Customer Experience and Product Strategy Consultant -Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation
Position Summary
As a consultant or senior consultant in Customer Experience & Product Strategy team, you will help organizations translate customer insights into differentiated products and experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. You will work at the intersection of customer experience, product strategy, data, and AI, enabling clients to define what to build, where to invest, and how to scale impact. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, customer-centricity, and product mindset, with the ability to connect insights to execution-ready roadmaps.

Work you'll do
As a Consultant / Senior Consultant on the Customer Experience & Product Strategy team, you will be responsible for:
Translating customer research, behavioral data, and market insights into strategic recommendations
Shaping customer experience and product strategies that align to business and customer outcomes
Developing product briefs, business cases, experience visions, and execution-ready roadmaps
Applying data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to customer experience and product use cases
Working across business, design, data, and technology teams to move from insight to execution
Qualifications
Required:
3 to 7 years of experience in customer experience strategy, product strategy, digital consulting, or product management
Experience leading customer discovery activities, including interviews, journey mapping, and insight synthesis
Experience translating customer research, behavioral data, or market signals into recommendations, product briefs, business cases, or roadmaps
Experience developing product roadmaps, experience visions, or customer experience strategies
Experience applying data, analytics, artificial intelligence, or machine learning to customer experience or product use cases
Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, design, data, and technology
Preferred:
Experience working on end-to-end customer experience transformation, product strategy, or digital innovation engagements
Experience with generative artificial intelligence or machine learning use cases in customer experience or product contexts
Experience working in Agile product development environments
Master of Business Administration or another advanced degree
